Who we are

Conbalcon offers holiday rentals of houses and apartments in the two small towns Altea and Albir on Costa Blanca in Spain.

We offer short term holiday rentals on weekly and weekend basis. Our rentals are of high quality with views and comfortable balconies so that you can enjoy the nice and sunny Spanish weather.

Costa Blanca

The Costa Blanca is over 200 kilometres of Mediterranean coastline in the Alicante province, on the south-eastern coast of Spain.

Costa Blanca extends from the town of Denia in the north to Pilar de la Horada in the south.

We have our properties in Altea and Albir. These two beautiful beach resorts are conveniently located between Alicante and Valencia. They are easily reached via Alicante Airport (ca 60 km/50 minutes) or Valencia airport (100 km/90 minutes). You can also travel by bus from the airport.

ALTEA

Altea is a true pearl on the Costa Blanca and for many it is one of the most beautiful holiday destinations in the Alicante region.

There are plenty of amazing things to do in Altea and in the area around Altea.

The old town offers a lot of places to visit, and there are also brilliant excursion destinations in the area surrounding the holiday resort.

Use the opportunity to walk around in the old town or along the beach walk where you can relax on the wonderful new renovated beach area. Do you like to sport there are an endless possibilities like rent a bike, swim in the ocean, walk along the Algar river or take a trip on Sierra Bernia and do a 4 hour trip around the mountain.

 

ALBIR

45 minutes walking or a 10 minutes bus drive distance from Altea you will find the beach area of Alfaz del Pi. A wonderful holiday place with nice restaurants, beach, and possibilities to take a trip to the famous old light house.

Locals refer to it sometimes as El Albir or L'Albir. Albir is known for its international atmosphere.
